ABSTRACT
The Cite´ Radieuse is a myth. In the same way as the ideal Renaissance cities rejected the medieval urban order, which they called disorder, the Cite´ Radieuse expressed a rejection of the city. The Cite´ Radieuse has no name, no place; it does not exist, it is a diagram. In choosing to discuss it we want to show the extreme point reached in the process of disintegration of the urban tissue.
