ABSTRACT
Alongside the ‘war against terror,’ Europe is arguably the major issue facing the UK at the beginning of the century. The controversy over European integration shows no signs of abating and there can be no doubt that European union has had, and will continue to have, far-reaching implications for UK organizations.
