ABSTRACT
Having spent some time discussing assessment, we now need to look at ways to communicate with the trainees about their performance. This also needs to help them in their future development.
Once an assessment has been completed, the trainees will want you to tell them things like:
Have I passed? What did I do well? What do I still have to do?
