This book is written from two points of view: management and the social sciences. It is divided into five parts: the individual in the organization; groups in the organization; technology in the organization; structural influences on behaviour; management in the organization. The most relevant chapters to our subject are: Chapter 15 – Organizational structure and Chapter 19 – Leadership and management style.
