In this part of the book, we continue our discussion on how we designed, implemented, and supported the growth of the Agent Network-a community with a strategic purpose at Clarica. Following the steps of the process model outlined in Chapters 5-7, we bring our experience to an operational level. This is where we “roll up our sleeves” with a description of the nuts and bolts of our activities to get the community up and running and to support it in its early stages of development.
