ABSTRACT
Employment Tribunals are legal bodies appointed to adjudicate on legal disputes involving unfair dismissal, victimization, and discrimination on grounds of race, sex or disability. They consist of a ‘chair’, who is legally qualified, sitting with two other people: one with commercial experience and the other with a practical trade union background.
