Draw a floor plan of your working area showing what space is presently devoted to storage of documents and folders. Consider whether there is scope for more storage space (for instance by
putting up extra shelves). Consider whether the amount of space devoted to storage could be
reduced, for instance by storing the documents electronically or throwing away material that no longer needs to be kept (bear in mind legal requirements).
