ABSTRACT
A world class studio operator is someone who appreciates his or her market position and takes advantage of every available business opportunity. As someone who helped in the building, maintenance, and operation of a number of studios for a few decades, I welcome this opportunity to share some hard-earned insights about survival in the high end of the world of professional audio recording.
