ABSTRACT
Very few large organizations I have encountered behave like supergroups, but I will mention one in the private sector that falls into this area: the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Company (UK) Ltd at Derby. Toyota declares in its philosophy that it strives to achieve an organization in which all employees can develop to their full potential. Teamwork is an essential element of Toyota's operating philosophy, believing that a well co-ordinated group can accomplish far more than the sum of individual efforts.
