ABSTRACT
If meetings are a prime source of Pink work, should they not be abolished? Time could then be used more effectively. Clearly, that is not the conclusion we should reach. Meetings are held for a purpose. They are essential in the case of Orange work for dealing with complex strategic and policy issues.
