ABSTRACT
When business corporations, or Nation States, have been headed by a Mr Big until disaster has set in, and Mr Big has been recognized as a liability and duly dispatched, what follows next becomes the crucial issue. The problem extends beyond finding a replacement. All Mr Bigs make their personal mark on the organizations they head. The bigger the Mr Big, the closer the personal allegiances that will have been formed and the tighter, and usually the more inflexible too, will be the infrastructure at the base of the organization.
