ABSTRACT
A key role of organization leaders is communication. They communicate all the time
by what they say, do and don’t do. Nothing has the same authority as the Chairman/
CEO, Hospital President, or Head Teacher talking to you personally. Communication of
vision and values may be cascaded below CEOs, but it can’t be delegated by them.
