ABSTRACT
Although the Evaluation and Feedback (E&FB) event will not be implemented until after the Identify the Needs of the Organization event, it is necessary to discuss it first (see Figure 2-1). In this chapter the initial discussion will be general, but at the end of each subsequent chapter Evaluation and Feedback will be specifically related to the event discussed in that chapter.
