ABSTRACT

In this chapter, we look at best practice in e-business and attempt to answer the following questions: How do you create a high quality of experience online for your customers? What are the legal obligations being imposed by law on e-businesses and where can you turn for help at an international level? Developing best practice in e-business strategy introduces you to the ‘three M’ framework, a planning tool that enables you to consider the various issues of online trading channels, marketing to your customers and then transacting with them.
