All issues (whether managerial, technical, quality, financial, or other) that can have an effect on the overall efficiency of StingRay shall be identified and recorded on an Issue Resolution Form.
WI/6 gives guidance on the completion of this form and should be read in conjunction with QP/2 – Issue Resolution.
