ABSTRACT
Workers can find themselves relocating for many reasons. They may be taking a new job at a new company or transferring within a company. The company itself may be moving, merging, or being bought. Corporations spend enormous amounts of money each year recruiting new employees and transferring existing ones. As a manager, you need to know the problems that both management and the employee will face in a relocation. It is a matter you may, over the course of your career, experience from both sides.
