ABSTRACT
Talking about quality is meaningless without having some way of measuring and tracking the effects of quality management. The most common techniques for identifying quality problems and their causes are known as the seven Quality Control tools, or the magnificent seven. Figures 14–20 demonstrate each of these techniques.
