ABSTRACT
Now that advances in technology, such as the Internet, have made world business just a click away, managers need to become skilled in global management. Global management recognizes that workers from different cultures exhibit different behaviors. The role of the global managers is to understand the cultures that affect their companies to help their workers understand these different cultures and behaviors for the purpose of creating a more effective workplace.
