Most employees expect to get feedback from management, but is management willing to take feedback from its employees? It should be—employees can provide superb insights into work environment, effective job procedures, potential problem areas, and performance of their superiors up to and including the CEO or chairman of the board. Remember that most people want to have a role in shaping the things that affect them.
