ABSTRACT
One of the sure signs of a good leader is his or her ability to share a vision. After all, it's no good to have a great idea, or a clear vision of the direction a company should take, if you are unable to communicate it effectively. A good chief executive officer is the source of the vision for a company, and this vision needs to be spread throughout the organization.
