ABSTRACT
Workplace violence is increasing. Recent statistics have reported 160,000 assaults on employees and more than 1,000 murders committed annually at the workplace. While in the past a threat toward a coworker may have been brushed off, now these potentially dangerous remarks must be taken seriously.
