ABSTRACT
Leadership is never more important than when people feel lost. Lost people commonly look for salvation by choosing a True Warrior – one who embodies all the characteristics of a mighty Conqueror. Once such a Leader has gained the authority to lead a large group, there will be no turning-back on the exercise of Power nor any prospect of eventual resignation. The only end to the career of the Warrior-Conqueror is premature death or disaster for the multitude.
