ABSTRACT
Changes in personnel policy are frequently made. Usually there is a wide difference in the level of acceptance because people will be affected in different ways. Policies regarding parking, vacations, drinking coffee at desks, smoking, rest periods, lunchtime, and working hours are difficult to develop and implement because of the strong feelings and emotions that people have toward them.
