ABSTRACT
Streaming Media Tools Creating High-Quality Streaming Media Just as television was to radio, webstreaming is to television today. Television, in its infancy, delivered exceptionally poor information with fairly poor quality. Streaming media is much like that today; while the information might be high quality, the quality of the view is compromised because of the delivery medium. Until greater bandwidth is available for the public, a need will always exist for editors that have the ability to edit just for the web.
