ABSTRACT
I wrote this book to provide my grown children, as they prepared to enter the work force, with an understanding of the happenings that occur in large companies. I hoped this information would help them, as employees, to better appreciate the real reasons things work the way they do. Now that they are both successful business people, I'd like to share these perspectives with you.
