ABSTRACT

We all have the same amount of time in a day, but some people seem to make better use of their time than others. If you can identify your own patterns of working, you should be able to modify them, so that your efficiency and effectiveness improves. We talked about certain kinds of ‘activity trap’: crisis management, ‘responding to demands’, and the treadmill. Are your hopes and ambitions ensnared in one of these, preventing you from gaining control of your working life? Take some bold decisions. Get out of the trap, and organize your time so that you can achieve more, and reach higher standards.
