Outdoor weddings may have a gazebo or an archway at the front of the aisle instead of an altar area. If an archway is used, the minister will stand beneath it. If a gazebo is used, the minister and sometimes the couple will be inside of it. Make sure to put the questionnaire in your pocket where you can easily access it so you’ll be able to refer to it throughout the day. You may want to take a bottle of water with you as you may get dehydrated during the day. Usually about the same time you’re setting up your equipment, there may be a florist setting up the flowers for the ceremony. During these final preparations may be a good time to ask the bride and groom if they want to record a personal message to each other before the ceremony.
