ABSTRACT
As described in Chapter 3, best practice requires organizations to put in place a process through which the facilities manager and those responsible for workplace planning and provision, can identify the needs of the organization and assess how these will change through time. The aim is to provide premises and facilities that match the identified needs of the business, that is, reconcile the requirements of supply and demand.
