ABSTRACT
The dome-shaped top of the turban is created by carving a piece of 1″-thick foam or stuffi ng the turban with poly stuffi ng (foam was used for this turban). The dome shape is then covered with fabric that contrasts with the turban fabric. • Carve the dome shape from foam
(Figure 11-6a). • Cover the foam with fabric by wrapping
the fabric around the foam and gluing the seam allowance to the bottom of the foam (Figure 11-6a).
