ABSTRACT
Most of the time team leaders are not given the opportunity to set up a team from scratch, with a completely free hand. Usually they have to inherit existing teams, and are faced with the daunting task of getting to know a whole group of people while maintaining output and quality. Alternatively, they may be appointed by the team itself.
