ABSTRACT
We use sunlight or artificial lights to illuminate objects so we can see them.
Naively, we might say that sunlight is normal “white” light because it doesn’t
seem to change the color of objects. A white car parked outside in the sun still
looks white, so sunlight is not reddish, greenish, or bluish. Sunlight appears
to be normal “white” light.
