ABSTRACT
Every organisation is different, with different types of hazards and range of measures in place to control risks. There may be a formal system in place (see page 89) with named individuals responsible for different elements of managing OH&S. Alternatively, there may be a much more flexible and informal approach, with few written records of risk assessments in place.
