ABSTRACT
We need to understand how color is created by a camera, computer, scanner, monitor and printer, and how the color on one is seen and understood by any of the others. Color management is the process that correlates these so that we are talking about the same color or a close approximation of that color in all cases where they should be the same. On a Mac this control is handled by ColorSync.
