ABSTRACT
Though the basics of camera control, such as focus, composition and exposure adjustment, remain the same regardless of the capture format you choose, the inherent differences in the characteristics of JPEG/TIFF and raw mean that some changes in your shooting workflow are warranted. Here we look at the steps needed to shoot in the raw and the issues that surround the practice.
