ABSTRACT
Leadership is the process of influencing the actions of individuals and organizations in order to obtain desired results. When we talk about an executive as deciding to communicate with his personnel about an operational situation, defining the role of a subordinate, or using policies to control his organization, we are actually talking about a leadership decision, a leadership action, and a leadership behavior.
