ABSTRACT
Each of these development methods has its advantages and disadvan-
tages. The hospitality business needs to decide which is the most appropriate
development method to use. Its decisions on this will be based upon the type
of development route and direction the business is pursuing, the resources
the business has at its disposal and the level of risk the business is willing
to incur.
