Newspapers are published in two main sizes: broadsheet or text-size as, for instance, the Daily Telegraph and Financial Times; and tabloid or half size like The Sun and the Daily Mirror. There can be slight variations of this. The exact depth of a tabloid paper can vary from one to another to a small degree. Provincial broadsheet morning papers vary in size. The tabloid page area is approximately half that of broadsheet.
