ABSTRACT
So far in this session, we have considered leadership styles with respect to the needs of the task, the team and the operational environment. In this section we will look at the issue from the perspective of your individual personality and skills. We will examine your current preferences in terms of leadership style, and identify any skills development needs that might be appropriate.
