ABSTRACT

Answer 5 A ‘win-win’ situation is an outcome from a dispute such that all the parties feel that they have achieved something positive from the process, even if they didn’t get everything they hoped for. Circumstances where this is not an achievable outcome would include any where to concede something to a party would break the law; for instance, by condoning unsafe practices, or allowing an employee to refuse to work with someone because they were of another race, sex or religion.
