ABSTRACT
Phil and Sally have started a web-based social enterprise (not for a profit business) for their community that enables people who have particular skills to exchange their services with others who want those skills. Each person who signs up has to price their services in webbles, the currency of the barter system. This means that they don’t have to match their skill offer with someone who has a skill that they want.
