ABSTRACT
This form is provided only as a guide to students of artist management for the recording industry. While it gives a general view of components of a partnership agreement for members of a band or a group, the preparation and execution of an actual agreement requires the guidance of their separate attorneys to assure that the fi nal version is representative of the agreements and commitments made by each.
