To tidy up this model and optimize it, go through and delete all the tops and bottoms of the cogs that aren’t seen. To complete this stage of the model, we should attach all the cogs together by using Attach from the Edit Geometry rollout. Select one of the cogs, select Attach, then click all of the other cogs in turn. Give the cogs a name at this point and save your fi le again.
