ABSTRACT
If HR is transformed, how will it help create high-performing organisations? In the United Kingdom, the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development has recently embarked on a 3-year investigation – under the banner ‘Shaping the Future’ – into the foundations of high-performance working. We fully support this initiative and hope our thinking will contribute to this critical theme both in the United Kingdom and beyond.
