ABSTRACT
In this chapter we examine the requirements in Clause 8.1 of ISO 9001:2008 and in particular the processes:
to demonstrate conformity such as design verification and validation; to ensure conformity of management system such as internal audit and validation of
processes; and to continually improve the effectiveness of the management system such as manage-
ment review.
