ABSTRACT
This chapter is aimed at all those personnel monitoring and measuring processes and products at all levels therefore it would apply to the executives in the boardroom as much as the operators in the boiler room. In practice executivesmay employ personnel to collect and analyse data for them but in small companies that luxury may not be available.
