ABSTRACT

These are the primary dilemmas for two participants in one of our recent leadership workshops. You will have your own dilemmas. If this book is to help, it has to offer you ways of dealing with those important and hard questions. We have argued that there may not be simple answers, but you still have to make decisions. We also argue that maps are useful for journeys, although you are far better advised to take maps found valuable by others, and rework them to help in your own leadership journeys.
