ABSTRACT
All good teachers try to cater for all the children in the class but this is difficult, especially if the class is large and much of your class work has to be aimed at the average group. There will be some children, however, who need to be seen as exceptions. Some of them will be children with special educational needs who are slow learners, show behaviour difficulties or have physical problems. There will also be some who are far in advance of the rest of the class and have special needs of a different kind.
