ABSTRACT
Children have a culture of their own which is different from that of the school and the culture of the classroom you are developing as the teacher. It is also a part of the classroom climate. It is concerned with how to live with one’s peers, how to react to them, how to manage the fact that there is a continuous evaluation of children going on both by the teacher and by other children. There will also be cultures within groups of children within the class.
