ABSTRACT
In the last chapter, we looked at employee views of the current situation with regard both the Japanese economy and to the state of C-Life. In this chapter I turn to the restructuring itself. Once again, my aim is not to describe the plan itself in detail: it is to look at how it affected the employees, and how they personally reacted to it.
