ABSTRACT
Normally one person is in charge and must learn to manage, to delegate and to inform, while the others must learn to advise, to report and to carry out instructions. Even if the museum is run by a co-operative in which everyone is equal, there is still a need to have formal arrangements for decision-taking, the division of the work and the exchange of information (see Unit 89).
